Mint Bark Gift Bags

Ingredients

1lb of milk chocolate, chopped
Andes mint baking pieces
Parchment paper
Clear gift bag
Card stock

Instructions

Place chopped chocolate in a metal or glass bowl. Add about an inch of water to a saucepan. Heat the saucepan over low heat until it just begins to simmer, then turn off the stove and place the chocolate filled bowl over the water. Once the outer edges start to melt, stir the chocolate frequently with a rubber spatula. Stir continuously until completely melted.
Line a small rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides. Pour melted chocolate into the baking sheet and spread in an even layer. Sprinkle the mint toppings over chocolate. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour. Peel off parchment, and break bark into pieces.
Fill a clear gift bag with bark pieces. Fold top of bag over and cover with a card stock label, staple to secure.
